ARCH Global Precision acquires Niagara Cutter’s milling cutter product line
ARCH Global Precision, a Strength Capital Partners portfolio company that is focused on precision machined components and cutting tools & instruments, today announced the acquisition of Niagara Cutter’s Milling Cutter Product Line (“MCPL”). Under the terms of the purchase and sale agreement ARCH Global Precision has acquired substantially all of the assets of MCPL from Niagara Cutter.
“We are extremely pleased to have acquired the milling cutter product line from Niagara Cutter”, commented Eli Crotzer, ARCH Global Precision President and Chief Executive Officer. “The MCPL business, with operations based out of Athol, Massachusetts, represents a highly complementary product line to our existing KEO Cutters product offering. While we will integrate the MCPL products into our KEO catalog offering, we expect the Athol operations to continue to operate as a stand-alone manufacturing center. We welcome all of the Athol employees to the ARCH Global family of companies and we look forward to working closely with these colleagues to deliver above market sales growth for all of KEO Cutters.”
