Dan Brady, Chief Customer Officer at ALIGN PRECISION, has a broad mission overseeing business development; marketing; managing customer relationships including multi-year and long-term agreements; and more. He does this work for new and existing customers with equal care. An industry veteran with more than three decades of experience managing military and commercial aircraft programs at some of the country's top companies, he has built a deep understanding of successful business relationships.

Guided by a firm belief in working as one toward common goals, he is a versatile executive comfortable with various responsibilities, from finding business opportunities to strategy and execution to the resulting financials. Dan has worked on both sides of OEM-contract manufacturer relationships, instilling him with valuable insights about the near- and long-term needs of our customers. This unique perspective drives and informs Dan's relationships with the customers we support. His ultimate goal is to provide the most value to our customers and help them overcome their challenges.

In 15-plus years before joining ALIGN PRECISION, Dan held various leadership positions at Aurora Flight Sciences—a Boeing-owned company. He was most recently Executive Lead for Aerosystems and Manufacturing Business Development. Previous to that, he was Vice President of Manufacturing Operations & Technology and Vice President of Aerostructures. His wealth of experience also includes time at Vought Aircraft Industries, where he was Director of Supply Chain Management and Director of Boeing and Bell Military Programs. Earlier in his career, Dan spent 25 years at Northrop Grumman in leadership roles in planning, finance, and program management.

Dan earned his bachelor's degree in aeronautical engineering from Purdue University and his Master of Business Administration from the C.W. Post Center at Long Island University.
